The agreement
By downloading or playing Florilla you agree to these terms. If you got Florilla from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where the two differ, these terms apply between you and us.
The game
Florilla is for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. It is still being developed, so trails, flowers and features may change, and we may add, change or remove features over time.
Accounts
You need an account only to send and receive bouquets. To create one you must be at least 13 years old, or older where the law of your country requires it. Please keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what is sent from your account. One account belongs to one person.
Usernames
Your username is how friends find you, so it must not:
- pretend to be another person, brand or the Florilla team;
- be hateful, sexual, threatening or insulting;
- contain someone else's personal information, such as a phone number or address.
We may change or take back a username that breaks these rules, or one that a trademark owner has a clear right to.
Sending bouquets
Bouquets and their messages are meant to be gifts. When you send one, you agree not to use Florilla to:
- harass, bully, threaten or frighten anyone, or keep sending bouquets to someone who does not want them;
- send hateful, sexual or violent messages, or anything illegal;
- send spam or advertising, or share other people's private information;
- get around the sending limits, or use automated tools to send.
Reporting a problem
If a player sends you something that breaks these rules, email us at hello@florilla.example with their username, roughly when it arrived and what happened. We review every report and may remove content, limit sending, change a username or close an account. You can turn off bouquet notifications in your profile at any time, and delete any bouquet you received from your gallery.
Your content
The bouquets you design and the messages you write are yours. You give us permission to store, copy and deliver them only as far as needed to run Florilla, for example to deliver a bouquet to your friend and show it in their gallery. This permission ends when the content is deleted.
Our content
The game, its art, flowers, music, sounds and code belong to the Florilla team. You may share pictures and GIFs of your bouquets and screenshots of the game. Please do not copy or resell the game, take it apart to extract its assets or code, cheat in ways that affect other players, or try to break into or overload our servers.
Purchases
If we ever offer anything for sale in Florilla, the price and what you get will be shown before you buy, and payment is handled by the App Store under Apple's terms, including its refund process.
Ending the agreement
You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described on the support page. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or the safety of other players prevents it.
No warranty
We work hard to keep Florilla running well, but it is provided "as is". We cannot promise that the game or the sending service will always be available, error-free, or that a bouquet will always arrive. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Florilla team is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Florilla. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Florilla in the twelve months before the claim, if anything. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Apple
These terms are between you and the Florilla team, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Florilla or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes
We may update these terms as Florilla grows. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
